Inclusive Therapy
(LGBTQ+, BIPOC, Spiritually Diverse)
You deserve a space where you don’t have to explain or shrink parts of who you are. Whether you’re part of the LGBTQ+ community, BIPOC, spiritually grounded, deconstructing faith, or holding multiple complex identities—you belong here.
At Solaria, our therapy is affirming, anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and rooted in frameworks like decolonial, intersectional, and critical phenomenological approaches. We hold space for the richness and complexity of your story.
For BIPOC Clients:
BIPOC individuals often face layers of systemic, cultural, and intergenerational trauma. Therapy spaces aren’t always culturally safe, and we acknowledge that. Solaria is committed to continuous learning and accountability as a white-led practice. We utilize anti-oppressive frameworks, actively resist whiteness-centered paradigms, and integrate land-based tools to support healing beyond colonial structures.
For Queer Clients:
We understand the exhaustion of navigating heteronormative systems, microaggressions, or simply the unspoken pressure to explain yourself. Here, your queerness is welcomed as a strength. We also recognize the unique challenges faced in queer and polyamorous relationships and offer a judgment-free space to explore them, free from imposed societal narratives.
For Spiritually Diverse Clients:
Whether you are deconstructing faith, exploring ancestral spirituality, or seeking to integrate spiritual practice into your healing, we provide space that honors the sacred without dogma. Indigenous ways of knowing, earth-based wisdom, and expressive arts can serve as bridges for culturally inclusive therapy here.
