I am a registered social worker (RSW), most insurance companies will cover RSW’s, however, I do not do direct billing. If you have further questions about this, I am happy to discuss any specifics during a free consultation.

Sessions are $220, per hour depending on length, services, and insurance.

I am passionate about working with BIPOC clients and unpacking some of the unique ways that society places pressure and challenges on this population. I am not a member of this community, but my approach is to encourage the client to centre their definitions of these challenges in a way that feels true and empowering to them.

I work from a post-colonial and earth-centred framework in my practice. This usually entails reconnecting clients to their body and the earth. I welcome many diverse spiritual and religious backgrounds in my practice. I love to bring these frameworks into the centre of my client work as much as it feels supportive for clients to do so.

Therapy dives deep—exploring relational patterns, emotional wounds, and supporting integration. Coaching focuses on practical steps, accountability, and moving forward. Both are relational, creative, and designed to meet you where you are.
